In cooperation with the radio Berlin Brandenburg RBB Jakob Gruhl produced a new version of her poem „Erfurtske spomnjesy“ of Mina Witkojc, which is about her experiences during Worldwar II. Thanks to Stephan (Soniface), Jonathan (Oud) and Hans (Drums).
Our friends of Wisp Kollektiv invited us to their incredible 3D sound studio in Leipzig to play an audiovisual performance. We were able to map the native 7.1 surround sound of Mazetools Soniface to 24 speakers, what was a fantastic experience. Many thanks also to Jonathan for playing the Oud, what a trip!
The presentation at the Wallifornia Music Tech was a great chance to meet great people, developers, founders and experts.
We had the pleasure to accompany the presentation of Halle 2050 with an audiovisual performance at the Fraunhofer institute Halle.
Together with director and actor Jonas Schütte an the magician Markus Zink, Stephan Kloß created a soundtrack to the world of the book „Das Herzenhören“ of Jan-Philipp Sendker in 5.1 surround sound.
We’re happy to announce the release of the 1st Mazetools Desktop App „Soniface Lab“ for Windows 10&Mac OSX. It is a pleasure for us to share the possibility of using Soniface with all the power and connectivity of desktop computers. This „state of the art“ version will be updated during the next weeks with important functions like Midi. That’s why there is a discount in December 2017. We’re looking forward you may already try it in these cold days 🙂
We had the honor to make an installation at Genius Loci Weimar. Inside the pop up gallery: hairdresser we built up a stand with 3 test devices, a sound system and a projection screen. Many curious people came to try Soniface and talk about the idea of the software. On Saturday we were invited spontaneously to play a performance at Lichthaus Kino. Thanks to the whole team of GLW, great weekend!!
Invited by the Berlin Music Commission , we gave an introduction to Mazetools Soniface at the Hybrid Music Lab, a conference that sets focus on current digital developments at the intersection of music and technology. Thank you to all people, who gave us feedback. It was a lot of fun to meet a lot of nice people!
